Photo-60 offers professional C-41 film processing and printing. Standard turn-around is less than a week once your film is received in our lab.
What types of Film Developing Services do we Offer?
We offer Film developing and Scanning. Our standard delivery method of the scans from your film is via www.photo60.com (via Dropbox for customers that want 16bit tiff files) to your email for easy downloading on all devices. We also offer optionals delivery method via a DVD (additional $6.99) or a supplied USB stick
We also offer Film Developing, Printing and Scanning of your film. You can also order prints in sizes 4×6 and 5×7. These are traditional Silve Halide prints to last for generations onto Kodak Royal Paper.
We also offer Film Developing Only for customers that just want their film processed but no scans or prints.

Click here to generate a free USPS Ground Advantage shipping Label. Remember to take a photo of the shipping label so you have a copy of the tracking number. Once you’re filling out the information for the shipping label write your order number in the “RMA” section blank.
This is a FREE Ground Advantage shipping label (up to 1lb in weight). You can use it to ship 15-35mm/advantix rolls of film or 15-120 rolls of film or 4- Disposable camera. They can only be shipped inside a any poly padded mailer or small/medium box up to 1lb in weight. We recommend 6×9 padded poly mailers. Do not use this label to ship inside any other type of boxes, like Priority Mail box etc.

FAQs
I haven't received my link. Where is my link to my scans?
If you haven’t received your link to your scans, we suggest checking your SPAM email folder as the link may occasionally be filtered there. If you still don’t find it in your spam folder, please reach out to us at [email protected].
I received the Link but only see 1 roll. Where's is my other rolls?
Your additional rolls of film are located in the collections tray. To find them, simply click on the three horizontal lines that look like a hamburger icon at the top left, allowing you to access the collections tray and view all your other rolls of film.
How fast is your turn-around time for film processing?
We process color film every Friday, so if you drop off your film on Monday, you’ll receive your scans via Photo-60 link by that Friday. If we receive your film on Friday before 4 PM, you will receive the film scans through a Photo-60 link later that same day around 7 to 8 PM. In summary, our turnaround time for C-41 color film is typically less than a week, while black and white film can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery links are sent out on Fridays between 5 and 8 PM, and if you ordered 4×6 or 5×7 prints, they will be shipped the following week, usually by Monday at the latest Thursday.
What film Scanners do you use for film scanning?
We use top of the line commercial class Noritsu S2 and HS-1800 Scanners.
I dropped off 3 rolls of film but only received 2 folders in my dropbox link.
If you only received 2 out of the 3 rolls it usually cause 1 of your rolls of film came out blank or 1 of your rolls of film was Black and White film which takes longer to develop.
What if one of my rolls of film comes out blank?
If your roll of film turns out blank, we will refund you $4.95, though the refund amount may vary based on any promotional offers applied through our website. Additionally, we will refund any options you selected, such as TIFFs, prints, or extreme scans. Therefore, if you paid $13.95 for a roll, your cost will be reduced to just $9 in the event of a blank roll.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
To cancel your order please submit your request within two weeks of purchase. For orders related to film processing and scanning you must redeem them within one year from the order date. To request a refund or cancellation please email [email protected] and include your order number.
How do I ship my film and to what address?
Ship all film processing orders to 2602 MORSE LANE WOODBRIDGE, VA 22192. Watch this youtube video on how to ship your film.
Do you process E-6, Kodachrome or C-22?
We do not process E-6 slide, Kodachrome or C-22 film.
I have not received my negatives yet. When will my negatives be shipped back?
Negatives for online orders will be processed and returned within three to four weeks. You are welcome to send additional film during this time, so we can ship all your negatives back together, enabling you to pay for return shipping only once.
Do you offer prints?
Yes, at Photo-60 Studio we provide traditional silver halide prints created with our Noritsu 3213 Printer, available in 4×6 or 5×7 sizes, and you can choose between a glossy or matte finish; we also offer the option of adding a border to your prints.
Drop Off Location at 1311 H St NE Washington DC
We also have a convenient satellite location for film drop-off at 1311 H St NE in Washington DC. To ensure your film is processed in a timely manner, please note that we ship customer orders to our main Photo Lab in Woodbridge every Wednesday, so we recommend dropping off your film by Tuesday at the latest.
Can Photo-60 develop Half Frame film.
Yes, we can develop your half frame film in either 1-up or 2-up formats. Our standard process involves scanning each frame individually, which is the 1-up option, but if you prefer 2-up scans, simply make that request in the special instructions section of the film processing and scanning products page.
