Customers have 14 days to request refunds on film processing orders. That includes Film Processing and Scanning with or without prints or Film Processing Only. Customers have 1 year to redeem any film processing orders. After 1 years orders will not be accepted.
If your film comes out blank you shall receive a partial refund. Film processing partial refunds is the current cost of Film Processing Only minus the Film Processing and Scanning Cost. Using coupon codes lessens the partial refund amount. Customers will also receive full refunds on all options ordered (Tiff format, Extreme Scans, Prints etc). No refunds on customers that got Film Processing Only.
Customers have 14 days to request a refund on all Photo Scanning and Film Scanning Services ordered online. All sales are final once we have completed the scanning of customers photos or negatives. Customers have 1 year to redeem film and photo scanning orders placed online.
Online print orders will have 14 days to get a refund unless the order has already been fullfilled. If the order has been fulfilled (printed) we can reprint the order if there is any defects in quality or color. Other issues will be determined on a case by case basis.
